I have been practicing yoga for over ten years and am certified as an instructor through Integrative Yoga Therapy in Garopaba, Brazil. I have been a cyclist all of my life (since about age 5) and am currently using traditional yoga as training for the Race Across Oregon in 2010. I am also a classically trained chef with over 25 years experience in kitchens, including the Ritz-Carlton, Guy Savoy, MGM Grand and many others.
